• 1) How are the requests filtered?
  On our website visitors can choose their state, city area, the type of request and the type of storage they are looking for. Companies can select private or business requests (or both).
  
  
• 2) What are the costs?
  There are no fees for joining our listing, or advertising your company on our website. The only fees come from the leads you will receive through our services: $ 5.00 per private type of request and $ 7.50 per business type of request.
  
  
• 3) Is every lead sent to all the listed companies in an area?
  No, the potential customer chooses which companies he or she wants to receive a quote from. On average 3 or 4 out of the 6 listed companies are selected.
  
  
• 4) Can I quit my listing at any time?
  Yes, you may cancel the agreement at any time by sending written notification (e-mail or fax) that you wish to stop receiving our leads. You will be billed only for the leads sent to you until the moment of cancellation.
  
  
• 5) What do you do to generate more requests?
  We have been actively specialized in Internet Marketing since 1995.
  
  
• 6) Are all visitors looking for discounts?
  No, many visitors use our services because they are looking for a fast and easy way to select the best services in their area. Quality is as important as cost.
  
  
• 7) Do I have to pay for incomplete or fake requests?
  If a lead does not have sufficient/fake contact details (both telephone and email address are incorrect) then you can claim for a credit, provided the claim is made with in 10 working days. Please include a copy of the lead in question.
  
  
• 8) Is it possible to update my company description?
  Yes, you can change your company description at any time.
